Little Ideas, Big Progress

In our instant world, we want instant results … but slow and steady can really win the race. Instead of having to do some dramatic thing to lose weight and get healthier, you really can make small shifts—mentally and physically—to change your health and appearance permanently!
Make exercise a non-negotiable. One great way to get fit and stay fit is to wake up and ask yourself when you are going to exercise that day. Or better yet, plan it the night before. Too many people wake up and the question is: Will Iwork out today? What if you shifted your mindset to when? Exercise is easiest when it becomes a habit and part of your lifestyle. Trust me, if you stick with it long enough you will get hooked and you will guard your exercise time fiercely. Make your exercise time something you don’t budge on and soon enough it will become a routine.
