I am sure you have heard that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. If you aren’t seeing the results you want, change what you are doing! You could try a different form of exercise, or change the duration or intensity of your workouts. Maybe you are exercising regularly, but still eating whatever you want. Remember, weight loss isn’t likely unless you connect both parts—a healthier diet and exercise. One without the other won’t get you to where you want to go.
